Helping to Secure & Manage Resources - I have an extensive network of resources and can help project-manage and budget these resources as needed.

Getting the Pricing Right! - this is critical!  You want the correct selling price right out of the gate and for buyers, we need to balance securing a home with not overpaying.

Putting Together an Extensive Advertising & Marketing Plan to help sell your property by optimizing all available media channels.

I conduct Professional Negotiations leading to the BEST Price and Terms for your Sale or Purchase. I will be negotiating on your behalf every step of the way from Offer through Inspection through Closing.

Planning and Tracking all Details - with my extensive background in Project Management nothing is left to chance - I am ahead of the game and always planning “next steps.”

Communication is KEY - I will always keep you informed, be available for questions and be open, honest, and focused on achieving your goals.
