I'm Bob Simone, the founder of Better Living Real Estate®. As a well-respected and “second generation” real estate broker licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, I have over 35 years of experience providing attentive and personalized real estate solutions based on my clients' individual needs and goals.

In addition to my real estate background, I've owned a New England based architecture firm in the early days of my career, and received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI. My professional training as an architect assists buyers with understanding new construction and existing homes from the ground up. I can help you expertly negotiate and coordinate building new construction or renovation issues as your real estate broker. I'm happily married with two amazing sons. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. When I have a free few hours, you may find me enjoying boating Narragansett Bay, kayaking, fishing, and being involved with local charities and community organizations as a member of the Foxborough Country Club.
