I'm Bob Simone, the owner of Better Living Real Estate. Renting vs. Buying

I've helped thousands of people with making important decisions about buying, selling or renting real estate.  It's important to me to help my clients figure out the best approach to enjoying their real estate, lifestyle, community and surroundings. I've helped clients with renting decisions as they relocate into a new community as well as buying and selling when they want more permanent housing, while building and controlling their equity and investment.

About Bob Simone

In addition to my real estate background, I've owned a Massachusetts based architecture firm in the early days of my career, and received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI. My professional training as an architect assists buyers with understanding new construction and existing homes from the ground up. I can help you expertly negotiate and coordinate building, new construction or renovation issues as your real estate broker. I'm happily married with two amazing sons. When not working, I enjoy time with my kids on a soccer field or basketball court. When I have a free few hours, you may find me enjoying golf, fishing, and being involved with Cub Scouts, local charities and community organizations as a member of the Foxborough Country Club.
