Craig A. Ciechanowski concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional and general corporate matters as well as land use and development. He represents a wide variety of businesses, including large corporations, family-owned businesses, venture capital-backed and privately funded start-ups, limited liability companies, professional corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships, in connection with their initial start-up, mergers, acquisitions, sales and financing. represents institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, as well as foreclosures and workouts.

He frequently represents clients before municipal and state boards in connection with the development and leasing of complex real estate projects including multi-use commercial buildings, retail centers, office buildings and industrial and warehouse facilities.
Mr. Ciechanowski is a 1984 summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is a 1987 graduate of Northeastern University Law School.
Mr. Ciechanowski is the former Chair of the Board of Directors of The League School of Greater, Boston, Inc. and the former President of the Walpole Youth Lacrosse League. He is also a former Chairman of the Town of Walpole Conservation Commission and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Walpole Branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston.
