Kayla has a true passion for organization and helping people fall in love with their spaces. After getting a marketing degree and working in retail management, Kayla decided to open her own organization and redesign business and pursue her true passion by combining entrepreneurship and organization. Originally called Namakay, Design Organize Gather Co. is a new iteration of the business that now includes a design division alongside Shawn Strok, designer and business partner. 

D.O.G. Co. offers a boutique, full service experience in the Metro west Boston area from the initial consult, to donation and trash removal, to follow up's after the job has been completed. We strive to take your personal wants and needs and turn that into a space that's functional and beautiful for years to come.

Home Organization - needing your home organized? We understand that's the last thing you want to spend your nights and weekends doing. We can come in and create systems to make your home beautiful and functional. The best part is, you don't have to lift a finger.

Commercial Organization - How can we better your business? An office redesign and organization can wobe crucial to improving sales and attracting new customers. We plan and organize things like: Backroom stock - This is all the stuff your customers don't see but is still crucial for running your business, like files and extra inventory. Ambient conditions - This is everything your customers do see. Things like lighting, music, scent and temperature affect customers' perceptions of your business. Product placement - The way your signage and merchandise are placed can make or break sales. Kayla really enjoys putting her background in marketing to use and helping local businesses become better versions of themselves.
