Our goal is to ensure the needs of both our clients and their customers are met in an expedient fashion. We have the ability to close any volume of loans because we have access to three seasoned attorneys devoted exclusively to handling real estate matters. We also have the systems to handle the volume. We can close most loans within seven 7-10 days of the title request, if necessary.
Our main office facilities are located in Quincy, but we are happy to close outside of our office in order to accommodate your customer’s needs. Our practice includes Dedham, Boston, Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester counties.
The firm is complaint with Truth in Lending and Residential Real Estate Disclosure (TRID) laws, rules and regulations, including established ALTA Best Practices. Our office is equipped with the latest computer systems, including e-closing conveyancing software. We are also fully cyber secure in our internet and e-mail software.
We have long standing relationships with all of the major title examiners and surveyors throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and we are title insurance agents for First American Title Insurance Company and Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (“CATIC”). The firm is insured by USI Affinity.
