I am a motivated professional. My principles are built on honesty, trust, and respect. I believe in open and transparent communication to ensure that you receive relevant information based on your individual needs. I want you to feel confident with me as we work through your concerns while listening to your needs and answering your questions. My goal is to earn your trust and respect. I am a powerful negotiator and I work hard to make sure that the transaction comes together and that you are getting the best representation I can provide. If you feel like you are not being heard, call me and, let’s put the ‘Real’ back in Real Estate.

Make your real estate transaction a great one!

A real estate transaction is an expensive and emotional process for both buyers and sellers.  I incorporate exceptional communication and expert negotiation skills to navigate the buying process. I work with a large team of professionals that has a tremendous amount of resources that can be utilized to assist with your buying experience!

A good agent is the key to a great real estate experience. I will coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction for you. My process for clients buying or selling is seamless in comparison to what buyers and sellers typically experience. I will make your real estate sale or purchase an easy and transparent transaction.

Renting vs. Buying

I've helped a lot of people with making important decisions about buying, selling, or renting real estate. Ultimately, you want to make a decision that is financially sensible for you and your family. With the high costs of renting an apartment or home and the low mortgage interest rates, many renters are choosing to move from renting to owning. If you are a first-time buyer, there are financing and buying plans tailored especially for you that can save you time and money!

If you're considering a move, let's discuss all of the real estate options that may be available for you.

About Holly Ritter

In addition to my real estate background, I have hands-on knowledge from prior careers that have helped me become an expert in various areas of real estate. I grew up in a family of contractors which helped me learn about the various aspects of construction and later moved on to be a subcontractor. Additionally, I went to school to become a Legal Assistant and assisted with family matters, estate planning, commercial transactions, and general legal. This experience has helped me to better assist my clients and refer them to attorneys within my network.

I'm happily married with five children and several grandchildren. I grew up in Rhode Island and traveled around the United States as my family was a military family. I had the luxury of living in many unique places throughout the contiguous U.S. I learned so much from all of these regions and have great memories from all of them. When I am not working, I find myself working on projects around my house, gardening, and spending time with my family.

I strongly believe in helping others and I am making it my goal to work within my community, assisting veterans, first responders, and community families. If you would like to learn more, please visit www.CommunityProtectors.org
