For more than 30 years, I have been involved with the daily aspects of a family owned custom home construction business. I am also involved with buying and selling homes in need of repair, renovating them and selling them. Having years of experience as a REALTOR® and helping people with their dream of home ownership is paramount in my career as a Realtor. The motto "Better Living for a Better Life " couldn't be more true in why I love what I do. Susan was AMAZING to work with. My wife and I were buying our first home and were probably that couple that asked way too many questions, but you would never know it dealing with Susan. She took the time to hold our hands through every step and probably the most comforting aspect was the fact that she was super responsive. If I texted, she replied. Where do I even begin! I have personally known Susan Rossi for pretty much my whole life. I grew up with her daughters and son, and have always admired and respected her. I spent much of my childhood at her home, and when it was time for me to buy one of my own - she was the first person I thought of.

Being that I'd never purchased a home before, there was a lot of anxiety and unanswered questions. I did not know where to begin. Within two hours of talking to Susan, I had learned the first steps we needed to take, and she even referred us to our incredible mortgage company! Susan saves the day!
Susan was referred to us after a terrible experience with another realtor. We were first time home buyers and just watched a deal fall through on what we thought was our dream house. We had become discouraged and had personally decided to wait a year while casually looking at available homes.
We met with Susan who came prepared with three homes to look at. All three homes worked in our price range without pushing uncomfortable boundaries. We spend time at each home going over pros and cons. Susan’s experience and knowledge took us down all the options for each property. This wasn’t just your average walk through and on to the next house.
The last house we looked at was a winner! My husband and I actually forgot all about waiting a year and fell in love.
