Be Inspired - Better Living For A Better Life®

For the better part of my career, I knew that I could be successful only when I believed in what I was doing and when I believed in myself. Learning the business of "real estate" was just part of my success. I was "lucky" enough to discover that I had a passion for real estate, but I was determined enough to be successful at it.

All of us are lucky at times, but you can't plan on luck, rely on luck or bank on luck. Luck is always fun when it's good and when you have plenty of it. Luck can also be scary, intimidating and sad when it's bad and you run out of it. So as for luck, I don't pay much attention to it. I don't typically like to gamble, and I never rely on luck to get me through life or pay my bills.

Success is what I focus on developing. It's my lifelong and daily process of evaluating and improving. I plan my career, energy and endeavors building and striving to achieve success without limitation. For those people that have known me for a while, they'll tell you that I have had my share of failures too. Failures don't have to to be permanent set backs. They really are just a part of the learning process on the road to success. The risk of failure often keeps people from taking a chance on their success and pushing themselves to be better. I joking tell friends that, "I screw up regularly, but try to fix a mistake or clean up my mess before anyone notices." Heck, we all do right, after all, adults are just big versions of kids.

There's difference between "luck" and "success." Identifying the difference between the two is important for any successful person.

We learn by being brave enough to try new things, and by making changes and improvements to what we already know and do.

That's how we learn to become even more successful.

Once we become successful at something, I think most of us have a natural instinct to share, mentor and teach others the things we do to be successful. We want others to learn how to use that information to build their own success. That's one of the reasons that Better Living Real Estate's tiered management and support systems work so well. Whether it's successful habits or successful actions, "success" is no accident and it isn't based on luck. Success is in fact, a daily decision; one that requires work and determination to pull off.

I've managed many people, built a few successful businesses, had my share of failures, taken risks and enjoyed rewards. Now I'm certainly no Steve Jobs, but like most, I have been inspired by him the more that I learned about him. I'd like to share with you a speech he made in 2005 to Stanford University graduates as they begin their professional lives. He has an amazing way of inspiring people to think and
perhaps see things differently when they are open to it. Well, you be the judge and enjoy this clip below....

.... And, one last thing, "thank you" for considering being an important part of our Lead Share Network Business Team. Our Associates and PAL members shape our business ideals, inspire our teammates, and focus on a real estate system that truly helps people. In your daily endeavors, we want you to join us in continuing to bring success to the lives of the people you touch daily.

Be Inspired. Be Part of Something. Lead Share Network.
